Taurus® 327 Revolver chambered in .327 Federal Magnum is the biggest small caliber gun available. Solid construction and the .327 Fed Mag seems to be a solid, hard hitting round from the recoil and sound. Points well and easily shot 3 center of mass groups at 20 feet. Added the Crimson Trace extended grips and aids control of the revolver nicely. Have only shot 100 .327 FED Mag rounds through it and haven''''t tried any of the other lighter rounds. Recoil is easily managed, but then I''''m used to shooting my S&W .357PD Airlite. It''''s all relative I guess, but the Taurus doesn''''t sting. I would have given it 5 stars, but the cylinder has a bit of play in it.

This is a smooth shooting pistol at the lower velocities. I have not shot the 327 Fed yet but 32 HR magnum and 32 SW Long are no problem with this gun. The only reason I only gave the pistol 4 stars is because of the very strong trigger pull. This would be a perfect concealed weapon for a woman but she would have a hard time pulling the trigger. Overall a great little gun perfect for concealment.
