The Saiga 12 shotgun from Russian American Armory® is a gas operated, rotating bolt shotgun that is capable of delivering single shot fire and is automatically reloaded after firing due to the energy of the powder gases escaping from the barrel bore. The RAA® Saiga 12 smoothbore autoloading shotgun is equipped with a five round magazine and is perfect for medium-sized game hunting. Designed to provide reliable and high quality performance in even the harshest of conditions, the RAA® Saiga 12 is also features an up and down notching safety on the right side of the receiver and an optic mounting rail on the left side of the receiver, making it the perfect tactical shotgun to help keep you on target in all types of shooting conditions.

The shotgun worked fine (for the most part)with the 5 round clip. However, the 10-round clips I ordered with the gun were awful (also made by the manufacturer). The rounds jammed after every shot fired. It was very disappointing.

I own plenty of shotguns, in all calibers and barrel lengths. This is the only one that sleeps under my bed. It is just awesome. The firepower, speed and ease of operation is the best. Never had a problem with it after 400+ rounds.
