Ruger ® Introducing the Ruger ® LCR Revolver, a revolutionary breakthrough in handgun technology. Weighing an almost unheard of 13.5 ounces, the Ruger ® LCR Revolver still packs quite a punch. Chambering 5 rounds in the .38 Special +P caliber, you may be wondering how this is possible with such a lightweight frame. The answer is simple, polymer materials. The same polymer concept that made the Glock ® Pistol so revolutionary has been refined and added into the construc [...]

I carry a S&W 38. Found this gun in a shop and told 2 friends about it. They are now both owners of the Ruger 38. Great gun. I will buy one for my daughter soon to carry.

Listen, I have participated in a number of concealed carry courses and home defense classes and with this I have had the opportunity to try and test various handguns. My first preference was the remarkable Bersa 380 of which I lament having sold a few years back. Since then, I have been searching for a cc firearm which is both easily concealed and utterly reliable. Thus, the decision to move to the snubby. I traded my 60''s edition Charter Arms Undercover for the revolutionary Ruger LCR. I must be very honest with you all...I am extremely impressed! This wheel gun fits all of my CC carry methods, IWB strong and weak side along with in the pocket. It shoots well for a close quarter firearm and above all...my wife likes it :[ Try it and enjoy!

Very nice little "Belly Gun." The front sight leaves a bit to be desired so I may replace it with one that''s a bit more higher visibility. Otherwise, this is a great gun for what it''s intended to be. Recoil is almost nil with the Hogue Tamer grip and it''s very easy to conceal. Great job, Ruger!!!

Having carried small handguns for many years I have to say that this one is superb in all respects!! I chose it over the J frame S&W Bodyguard and have never regretted it at all!

I thoroughly reasearched all available information regarding this firearm prior to purchasing the Ruger LCR. This lightweight/heavyweight revolver, easy to handle/conceal with excellent stopping power is the firearm I have been waiting for. If you are looking for a quality revolver for the purpose of personal protection at an affordable price the Ruger LCR is an excellent choice.

I Just purchased this Ruger LCR. I am a woman and have had problems with 38''s before, until now. I did my reading on this one before buying. It is a great conceal weapon. Just the right size to be able to hide on you. It does have a kick for me, but that is not bad. I will not be firing it much. I do practice, to keep fresh on it. I do feel much safer now that I have it. The only problem I find with it is the grip. It is to hard. I will be replacing mine with a softer one.

Though I have only recently received this LCR and, consequently, have not exercised it significantly, I must say that it does appear to meet its advertised expectations. It is, as I wanted it to be, small and light, with concealed hammer, wheel-gun simplicity of operation. It is well-made, easily concealed, accurate, and it handles respectably, for such a light revolver. I like it so well I bought another, with the Laser Grip!

I was looking for a Ruger LCP, but picked up this pistol instead. Feels very comfortable in the hand. Extremely lightweight, but the hogue grips tame the recoil very well, even with the +P loads. Good sights make for quick acquisition of your target. Trigger pull is exceptionally smooth. I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars, cause I still don''t know what to do with my pinky finger on the grip. It just kinda hangs out there. Otherwise, it''s a great gun!
